Contribution impact:
The legislation and regulation that happens today should be aligned with the development of standards done by technical people making sure that standards on energy efficiency metrics will benefit from real time measurements. It should be good to put requirements out to IETF by the EU, to show value of how EU determined requirements. IETF could also be a resource for the experts working there.

Advancing a series of new or revised standards across several IETF and IRTF working groups:
- IETF GREEN WG – The GREEN YANG data model with focus on Network Element Power and Energy monitoring and control.
- IETF IVY WG – Contributing to inventory/capabilities extensions its hardware and software models.
- IETF NMOP WG – Contributions to operational guidance on inventory/capabilities.
- IRTF Sustain RG - Contribution to use cases and API and metrics reference models to extend use cases development in Sustainability for ICT
